Signy Centre is a shopping centre hosting over 50 retail brands, offering a comprehensive retail experience within a modernized and highly functional environment. Following an extensive refurbishment, the complex has been transformed into a more contemporary, welcoming, and high-performing destination.

The centre is organized across three retail levels, complemented by two volumes dedicated to office and activity spaces, and five parking levels providing approximately 1.100 parking spaces. The renovation works included major upgrades to the technical and safety installations, as well as a complete redesign of the mall interiors and the external landscaped areas.

These improvements have significantly enhanced user comfort, safety, and accessibility, while also strengthening the site’s energy efficiency and environmental performance, ensuring long-term operational performance and sustainability.
