One Cotroceni Park is a mixed-use development set to accommodate a community of people living and working together. The development will concentrate on a single concept multiple facilities and benefits, on a strategic location, within the main ring of the city.
One Cotroceni Park is designed under the Live/Work/Play holistic approach, offering to both employees and residents a large variety of integrated amenities: green spaces, restaurants, running and biking tracks, coffee shops, storefronts, gym, swimming pool, pharmacy, kindergarten, cleaning services, cinema, dynamic offices, exclusive living apartments, and educational facilities.
The strategic approach of One United Properties is to revitalize old, industrial areas, by transforming them into mixed-use developments with multiple benefits like One Cotroceni Park.
