Noval Property, in partnership with Brook Lane Capital, is developing The Grid Office Campus, a landmark transformation of a former brownfield site into a state-of-the-art office campus in Marousi, Athens. Occupying an entire city block and covering a total site area of approximately 16,100 sqm, the project represents a new benchmark for contemporary, sustainable workplace design in Greece.

The Grid Office Campus is organized around two distinct building volumes strategically oriented to face each other, forming a vibrant central courtyard that acts as the social and spatial heart of the campus. The surrounding areas are landscaped with open green spaces and parks, while a rich mix of flexible workspaces and shared amenities is planned to accommodate the evolving needs of both occupants and visitors.

The Grid Office Campus is currently under construction and will comprise a total built area of approximately 61,500 sqm, distributed across five above-ground levels and three basement levels, including approximately 26,400 sqm of above-ground spaces and 35,100 sqm of underground areas. The project is targeting LEED Platinum and WELL Building Standard certifications, while also achieving an A+ energy rating in accordance with the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulation, positioning The Grid as a pioneering example of environmentally responsible and future-forward office development in the Greek market.
