The Financial City, Talatona _ Luanda _ Angola

The first Financial City in Angola will be built in the Talatona area of Luanda Sul, as an initiative of banks Banco Privado Atlêntico (BPA) and Banco Millenium Angola.
The facility, which will cover an area of 2 hectares, is estimated to cost US$100 million and includes a number of buildings and shared facilities that aim to meet growing demand for banking and financial services as a result of a growing number of housing and office complexes that have emerged in this area of the city.
Cidade Financeira as it will be known in Portuguese, will be made up of five buidlings each with seven floors. Two of these buildings will be occupied by the BPA and Millenium banks, another two will house financial companies and the fifth will be set aside for housing.
The complex will also house other State administration service, allowing those who live and work in the area to deal with a number of bureaucratic issues, such as renewing a driving license or identity card. The complex will also have restaurant areas and a cafeteria, a gymnasium, an auditorium for conferences and a nursery school.
