AFI TECH PARK is a Class A office project consisting of 70,000 sq m GLA. AFI Tech Park 1, the first phase of the project was delivered in 2018, offering 22,000 sqm GLA of Class A office space, efficiently spread over 8 floors serviced by 2 underground parking levels. The Class A office park is creating an IT&C Campus style environment in an urban complex with ample green areas, providing high technical specifications similar to all AFI projects.
