First business centre "Business Stadium West" is established in the west part of the project. It is dynamic attraction on the right bank of Neris River, on Šeimyniškių and Rinktinės str. Intersection. It is a dynamic centre of attention, easily reachable from any part of the city both by car and public transport. 16 500 sq.m building comfortably accommodates up to 1600 employees. The second business centre "Business Stadium North" currently is under construction, located in the north part of the area. This 8-floor building will reach A+ energy efficiency class, and covers 16 000 sq. m space. For the work efficiency and comfort of your team we build functional and modern office spaces. They are enriched by a wide choice of services being developed in the same location: restaurants, shops, hotel, sport & SPA facilities and beauty salons along with other services required for everyday life.
